-I’m not breaking any news by saying the Patriots are on a never before seen run in the NFL (or at least in the salary cap era). Since 2000, they’ve won 5 Super Bowls, made it to 3 others and lost. They’ve been to 12 AFC Championship. They’ve won 10 or more games in every season except 2002, and won 12 or more games in 11 out of the last 16 seasons.
-The overall dynasty has been, in my opinion, broken down into three separate runs 2000-2005, then 2006-2011, and 2012 to present.
-So I wanted to go back in this current run, and look at all of their losses and try and find any commonalities between what happened in the losses. Here’s a preview: its really hard to do.
-The NFL/NBA/FIFA street series has to be one of the most underrated video game series of all time. They were sort of an amped up version of the sport, like NFL Blitz, but with great game modes like pickup games and career modes.
-I can’t believe EA Sports is just sitting on these. Who the hell wouldn’t want to play these games now? With current rosters? Would be an easy money maker.
-Anybody who played NFL Street knows that the Pick Up games are the best game mode going. You select 7 players to play both sides of the ball in the game, both offense and defense. The draft is maybe the most important part of the game, you have to get the right balance of offense and defense, or speed and power.

Wrestlemania 34 was really solid. It wasn’t perfect by any means, but for the most part, I enjoyed it.
Lets get into the match ratings…
The Nintendo Gamecube. For my money the most underrated video game system of all time. And with it, my personal favorite Mario Kart game, Double Dash! Most people favor Mario Kart 64, and I’ve seen some people say Mario Kart Wii is best. But to me they pale in comparison to Double Dash.
Double Dash, along with having some of my favorite tracks in the Mario Kart series (DK Mountain, Daisy Cruiser, Baby Park, etc.), also introduced character specific special items.

*Unlike the previous six seasons of Thrones which were all ten episodes long, this season has been shortened to only seven episodes. And from episode one the viewer was able to tell, as everything had a sort of brevity to it that was not present before in the show.
*With episode one came our first cold opening of the season, and what an opening it was, with Arya killing all of the rest of the prominent members of House Frey. This was vengeance on overdrive, as most of these people didn’t even have anything to do with the red wedding.
*The next episode is title “Stormborn”. Since we only got a glimpse of Dany in the premier, I’d expect this next episode to be heavy Targaryen.
